$5 flat rate shipping is available for over 1,000 products on our website, and is based on the size and weight of the product. Order up to three smaller items, such as hearing aid clips, drying jars, hearing aid cases, and a large selection of our clinical supplies for our professional partners. With flat-rate shipping, your order may ship with UPS SurePost, or with USPS. No matter how your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you will always know the status of your order.
New low shipping rates are now available for our entire inventory - meaning you will not only find the best products at the best prices with ADCO, but you will also pay less to have them shipped! Below is a summary of our shipping charges for your reference.

We do our best to ship all orders the day they are received, up to 3pm MST. If your order is placed after 3pm MST, we will ship your order the following business day. Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, and you will receive an email copy of your order and the tracking information once your order has been shipped. PLEASE NOTE - if you place an order with expedited delivery (2nd Day Air or Overnight shipping) after 3pm MST on Friday, your order will not ship out until the following Monday.
At this time, our website will not accept international orders. However, if you wish to have an order shipped to Canada, please contact us by calling 800-726-0851 and we will gladly assist you with your order over the phone.
Merchandise that is out of stock will be backordered. We will contact you in the event of a backordered item on your order and will attempt to complete your order as quickly as possible.
Tracking Number and Delivery
We will process and ship all in-stock merchandise via UPS as quickly as possible. Our warehouse is located in Colorado, and depending on your location it may take up to 10 days for the delivery of your order (please refer to the UPS transit time map below). A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. If you do not have an email address and wish to know the status of your order, please feel free to contact us at 800-726-0851.
If any merchandise is received that has been damaged in shipping, please do the following:
1. Keep all packaging material in the same condition as it is received. Claims cannot be made if packaging materials are missing.
2. Report the damage immediately to the carrier (UPS or USPS)
3. Do not ship the package back to ADCO Hearing Products; wait for the carrier to inspect and pick up the package.
4. Call customer service at 800-726-0851 to report the damage so that we can process a replacement order.
When merchandise is defective in some way, please call ADCO Customer Service at 800-726-0851 or 303-794-3928 for instructions on returning it for replacement. Replacements can be made only if the defective merchandise is returned to ADCO Hearing Products within 30 days of the original order. Please see our Returns and Exchanges page for more information.
