Shipping

At ADCO, we strive to provide you with the best, most reliable and quickest service possible. Our new free and low-cost shipping options offer just that! 

FREE SHIPPING is available on all orders over $9.99! This includes thousands of in-stock products. In stock orders are processed the day that your order is received (when placed before 5pm EST Monday through Friday). No transit time guarantees are made for free shipping orders. 

Shipping Options. During checkout you will see a number of shipping options available to you along with estimated transit times. Outside of expedited shipping, these transit times are not guaranteed and this information is for your reference only. Rates are calculated by available carriers based on the weight of your order and destination address. 

Expedited Shipping. These options will be displayed during the checkout process if they are available at your destination address. Shipping rates are calculated from the available carriers based on the weight and dimensions of your orders. 

Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and other US Territories: While your order will not qualify for free shipping, we offer competitive rates on all orders. You will see all available options during the checkout process. If you have questions, please call us at 800-726-0851. 

Summer Shipping Schedule: 

During the summer months (between Memorial Day and Labor Day), our shipping schedule is modified to Monday through Thursday 5pm EST, and Friday at 2pm EST. All orders received prior to these cutoff times will be shipped the same day, and orders that are received past the cutoff will be processed on the following business day. Please note that these cutoff times include expedited orders, and and expedited shipping request cannot be processed same-day when received after our cutoff times. Standard Shipping Times:

We do our best to ship all orders the day they are received, up to 5pm EST. If your order is placed after 5pm EST, we will ship your order the following business day. Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, and you will receive an email copy of your order and the tracking information once your order has been shipped. PLEASE NOTE - if you place an order with expedited delivery (2nd Day Air or Overnight shipping) after 5pm EST on Friday, your order will not ship out until the following Monday.

If your order is placed during our modified summer schedule, please refer to the above referenced cutoff times for order processing. Orders placed after 3pm EST on Fridays will not be shipped until the following Monday. 

International Orders

At this time, our website will not accept international orders. However, if you wish to have an order shipped to Canada, please contact us by calling 800-726-0851 and we will gladly assist you with your order over the phone.

Backorders

Merchandise that is out of stock will be backordered. We will contact you in the event of a backordered item on your order and will attempt to complete your order as quickly as possible.

Tracking Number and Delivery

We will process and ship all in-stock merchandise as quickly as possible. Our warehouse is located in Colorado, and depending on your location it may take up to 10 days for the delivery of your order (please refer to the UPS transit time map below). A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. If you do not have an email address and wish to know the status of your order, please feel free to contact us at 800-726-0851.

Damaged Merchandise

If any merchandise is received that has been damaged in shipping please contact us no later than 7 days from the date of receipt. Claims that occur past this timeframe will not be processed. The following steps should be taken in the event of damaged merchandise: 

  1. Keep all packaging material in the same condition as it is received. Claims cannot be made if packaging materials are missing.
  2. Report the damage immediately to the carrier (UPS or USPS)
  3. Do not ship the package back to ADCO Hearing Products; wait for the carrier to inspect and pick up the package.
  4. Call customer service at 800-726-0851 to report the damage so that we can process a replacement order.

Defective Merchandise

When merchandise is defective in some way, please call ADCO Customer Service at 800-726-0851 or 303-794-3928 for instructions on returning it for replacement. Replacements can be made only if the defective merchandise is returned to ADCO Hearing Products within 30 days of the original order. Please see our Returns and Exchanges page for more information.
