Sennheiser HDB 630 Closed-Back Wireless Headphones
The Sennheiser HDB 630 is Sennheiser's dedicated audiophile wireless headphone, built around a neutral, reference-grade tuning inspired by the HD 560 series. Where the Momentum line is tuned for consumer listening enjoyment, the HDB 630 is engineered for accuracy, detail retrieval, and a wide natural soundstage in a closed-back design suited to daily use and travel.
At the center is Sennheiser's in-house 42mm dynamic transducer, manufactured at their Tullamore production facility in Ireland. The included BTD 700 USB-C dongle instantly upgrades approximately 80% of smartphones to aptX Adaptive hi-res wireless streaming. For maximum purity, the USB-C port supports direct wired listening at up to 24-bit/96kHz. Note: Hi-res mode is not enabled by default and must be activated in the Smart Control Plus app. A 3.5mm analog input is also available.
The Smart Control Plus app delivers a five-band parametric EQ with adjustable frequency, bandwidth (Q), and filter types for surgical sound shaping. Crossfeed recreates a natural speaker-like stereo image for hard-panned recordings. Triple-tapping the BTD 700 activates a low-latency mode (~30ms) suited to gaming and video use. EQ presets can be shared between users within the app.
All in-stock orders placed before 5pm EST Monday through Friday ship the same day. Free ground shipping on all orders over $9.99 within the 48 contiguous United States.
