If you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied - so we'll gladly give you your money back on any assistive device purchase. We understand that you have many choices in assistive devices, and while we stand behind all of the products we sell, we want you to feel confident in your purchase decision. As of March 9th, 2017, all orders placed online qualify for a 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for ANY reason, please contact us within 30-Days and we will gladly work with you to exchange the product or process a return and refund for the full price of the product. 

In addition to this risk-free guarantee on all of our assistive devices, we also guarantee that you'll say "Wow!" every time you work with ADCO. Our promise to you is in our exceptional product knowledge, unsurpassed customer service and a friendly staff available to assist you at any time.

Q: Where is the fine print?
A: There is no fine print. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you may contact us by email, phone or chat online. Our staff of product experts will assist you in making a FREE exchange or help you in returning your product for a full refund. 

Q: This guarantee is for ALL assistive devices? 
A: Correct - all of our assistive devices, amplified products, and signaling systems are included. The only products that are excluded from this policy are hearing aid accessories and ear care products due to hygiene reasons. If you have questions about this please feel free to contact us for more information. 

Q: If I want to share my "Wow!" experience, who should I contact? 
A: Please send your "Wow!" story directly to the owner, Abby Armijo at abby@adcohearing.com. Your comments and compliments are always more than appreciated and will be shared throughout the company. 

Q: Will I be refunded shipping? 
A: Yes. While we do not pay for the return shipping, your refund will be for the full amount of your original purchase 

Q: What about international orders? 
A: The risk free guarantee on the product is still available to you - you may return your order within 30 days for a full refund of the product price.  However, for all orders outside of the US, shipping charges are non-refundable.
