We understand that you have many choices in assistive devices, and while we stand behind all of the products we sell, we want you to feel confident in your purchase decision. As of March 9th, 2017, all orders placed online qualify for a 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for ANY reason, please contact us within 30-Days and we will gladly work with you to exchange the product or process a return and refund for the full price of the product.
In addition to this risk-free guarantee on all of our assistive devices, we also guarantee that you'll say "Wow!" every time you work with ADCO. Our promise to you is in our exceptional product knowledge, unsurpassed customer service and a friendly staff available to assist you at any time.

Q: Where is the fine print?
A: There is no fine print. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you may contact us by email, phone or chat online. Our staff of product experts will assist you in making a FREE exchange or help you in returning your product for a full refund.
Q: Is there a restock fee?
A: As long as your order is returned complete (including packaging, instructions, etc.) you will not be charged a restock fee. For any products that are not returned complete, there will be a 10% restock fee or the cost of the missing product deducted from the refund amount. For example, if your product is returned without the original packaging, your refund will be reduced by 10%. If your return is missing pieces of the product itself (i.e. power cords, headphones, etc.) your refund will be reduced by the total cost of all missing pieces. You will be notified prior to the refund being processed so you may return any missing items if possible.
Q: This guarantee is for ALL assistive devices?
A: Correct - all of our assistive devices, amplified products, and signaling systems are included. Products that do not fall into the assistive device category are excluded from this guarantee, such as professional/clinical supplies, hearing aid accessories and ear care products due to hygiene reasons. Q: If I want to share my "Wow!" experience, who should I contact?

Q: Will I be refunded shipping?
A: Yes. While we do not pay for the return shipping, your refund will be for the full amount of your original purchase. If you opted for expedited shipping, your refund will reflect the standard ground shipping charge in the refund amount - 2nd Day Air and Overnight shipping surcharges are non-refundable.
Q: What about international orders?
A: The risk-free guarantee on the product is still available to you - you may return your order within 30 days for a full refund of the product price. However, for all orders outside of the US, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Q: Is there any limit to returns?
A: Yes. Customers who abuse the risk-free guarantee by repeatedly returning items may not receive an RMA for future returns. ADCO allows for up to three product returns in a 6-month period.
